Spectrophotometer

Spectrophotometers are instruments used in laboratories, the main objective of this instrument is to measure the concentration of substances in a solution, which when analyzed under the intensity of light is absorbed, by this the waves are measured, as well as the relationship they have with the values of photometry, the optical components of these devices allow to identify, qualify and quantify the electromagnetic radiation or light.
The operation of this apparatus is based on illuminating the samples with light, so that later the amount of light that is reflected through the same.

Type of Spectrophotometer that a Laboratory may require

Handheld Spectrophotometer

Silicon photodiode array sensor (double 40 array).
The larger area of the double 40 matrix sensor, strong light will not saturate, weak light sensitivity and a wider spectrum response range, to ensure the instrument measurement speed, accuracy, stability and consistency, master the core technology and international standard of the same platform, full compatibility.

Adopt full-waveband balanced LED light source.
full-waveband The full-waveband balanced LED light source ensures sufficient spectral distribution in the visible light range, avoid the spectral loss of white LED in a specific waveband, and ensure the measurement speed and accuracy of measurement results.

Benchtop Spectrophotometer

High hardware configuration: 7 inch TFT color capacitive capacitive touch screen; Bluetooth 2.1; Concave grating,Dual matrix CMOS sensor with 256 imaging elements; Stable xenon lamp with long lifetime,With reflective and transmissive spectrum, accurate lab value, good for calculating color formula and making accurate color transmission.

Automatic identification measurement aperture. Freely switchable between 3 measuring apertures: Φ 25.4mm/8mm/4mm. Users can also customize the apertures.

Built-in temperature sensor to monitor and compensate the measurement temperature to ensure more accurate measurement.

Spectrophotometer in operation

The spectrophotometer quantifies the concentration of a specific substance present in a sample by comparing the amount of light entering a sample compared to the amount of light leaving the sample at a specific wavelength. It can be used theoretically to measure any substance that absorbs light.

A spectrophotometer is an instrument used to measure, as a function of wavelength, the relationship between values of the same photometric quantity relative to two beams of radiation. There are different types of spectrophotometers, either atomic absorption or mass spectrophotometers.
