Description
- Measurement of full C-reactive protein (CRP) concentration helps evaluate infections, tissue damage, and inflammatory diseases, and can aid in cardiovascular risk identification. Elevated PCT levels indicate bacterial sepsis and can guide antibiotic selection and efficacy in infections.
- 4 diagnoses infections earlier and reflects antibiotic therapy effectiveness faster than CRP and PCT. It is also a diagnostic marker for neonatal sepsis and localized inflammatory responses. This test is compatible with Chemiluminescence Immunoassay Analyzer models YR06389 and YR06390.
